He is a priest (which means sacrifice) of a heavenly order not an earthly one. Benjamin means Son (Ben) of my Right Hand (jamin). Revelation 20:6 notes that after the first resurrection men will be priests. Let us also review Isaiah 61:6-7, Revelation 5:10, 1:6. None of this can occur while man still resides in his flesh.
