Personal Revelation

I have been reflecting about some of the posts that I have made in times past and how the have become a personal revelation that has enlighten and broaden my understanding. I was awes that the terms and references that the Holy Ghost showed to me are relevant to my time as the revelations of the prophets of times past has been to them. 

I still marvel sometimes as to their meaning. Is it to show God has a purpose in all things given to man? Is it to show that God wants a pure understanding for all of his children and that h

His relationship with His children is inenpeaded and truly eternal? God knows. 

The other day I was watching a program called The Good Place. In the last season, it showed an eternal progression that was similar to what I understood. What impressed me the most is that it showed a learning environment that was eternal. I wanted that and saw a possibility for the future. Moments like this in my life have shown that the Spirit is ever present and will be a teacher if you wish Him to be. Personal revelation shows the same power and relevance as the prophets of ancient times. 

God does not forget or abandon His sheep, though we wonder but is quick to return us to the fold if we head the promoting and revelations of the Spirit. We are not forgotten or forsaken.  Have hope, read the scriptures and seek God in all things.

Ordinances are like moving

I have been a Sunday school teacher for many a year now and while teaching this new class of young great minds, I have learned some new things that I would of not learned if it had not been for this class. 

While teaching the principles of ordinances in the temple, one student pointed out that building the kingdom required help with the task of acquiring ordinances like people need help moving large furniture.

I reflected on all the moves I had been involved with and realized that I had a lot of muscle helping me and others move in and out of homes. The time and effort was always intensive. 

Reflecting now I realize that in us helping the spirits of the dead, we are helping them build a spiritual home with ordinances/furniture that they could not create or bring to pass on their own. I wonder what those spirits kingdoms look like with these new doors opened and the keys in their hands. God bless them as He has blessed me.
